About the Role: As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires a problem-solving professional who can address IT challenges, support end-users, and ensure system efficiency and security.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in IT operations. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with security policies.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as required.
Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to support team knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with teams to implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.

About You:

Completed Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols.
Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems).
Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
