Status: Full-time (30-40 hours per week) & Part time (Minimum 15 hours a week commitment)

Duration: Equivalent to minimum 520 Hours (or 3 months minimum)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto only)

Compensation: Hourly (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32/hour

Position Overview:

This internship position builds on the foundational skills of a Business Analyst (BA) but requires a strong technical background in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), or cloud engineering. A comprehensive understanding of these domains is crucial for success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct insightful market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the creation of go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
• Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Assist in capital market strategies, crafting compelling investor presentations and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader business objectives.
• Apply knowledge of Machine Learning /Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Model or Cloud Engineering concepts to inform business and product strategies.
• Provide risk analysis and recommend internal controls to strengthen operational and strategic outcomes.
  
  

About You:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Technical knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using tools for business analysis.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Hiring Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
