About the Role:
As an AI Incubator & Start-Up Accelerator Interns, you will play a key role in building an AI incubator or accelerator. This involves fostering a structured environment where startups or innovators working in AI can receive support, guidance, and resources to grow and scale. This is a unique opportunity to apply your Masters level education in a rapidly growing AI environment. and build a not-for-profit business assisting other AI start-ups to grow and scale.

Please see below for the different roles available and a high level summary of the key responsibilities:·
· Process Engineering Interns: Optimize workflows and systems to ensure efficient project execution.
· Web Development Interns: Work on the front-end and back-end development of the start-ups websites.
· Strategy & Business Development Interns: Assist in crafting long-term strategies for AI ventures, identifying growth opportunities, and forming partnerships.
· AI Consulting Interns: Provide data-driven insights and guidance to AI startups to improve their product offerings and market positioning.
· Data Analysis Interns: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, optimize business processes, and generate actionable insights.
· Business Analysis Interns: Evaluate business processes, create strategic plans, and drive improvements in operational efficiency
· Strategic Partnerships Interns: Build and nurture partnerships with tech companies, investors, and research institutions.
· Event Planning Interns: Organize events and networking opportunities to engage with stakeholders.
· Finance Analysis Interns: Support the financial planning and analysis function by creating forecasts, analyzing budgets, and generating financial reports.
· Marketing Analysis Interns: Leverage data analytics to support marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

Event Planning: Organize and coordinate investment-related events, from logistics to scheduling and participant engagement, in alignment with our strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate interactions with investors, partners, and team members, ensuring a collaborative environment that supports the AI Venture Lab’s growth.
Market Research: Perform research to inform event themes, content, and strategy, connecting our initiatives with industry trends and business objectives.
Reporting & Collaboration: Develop event reports and presentations with the team, showcasing outcomes and providing insights to stakeholders.
Professional Development: Stay current with trends in event planning, investment, and AI technology, enhancing both your skills and Vosyn’s competitive edge.

About You:

Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work autonomously and with precision and focus
Ability to work with complex data sets and tools like Python, or Excel for data analysis.
Experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and investment evaluation.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to foster collaborations with investors, partners, and government bodies.
Proficiency in strategic planning, including the ability to define business models and growth strategies.
Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in various industries.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in coordinating events or managing investor relations.
Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
