Compensation: Hourly (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32-35/hour)

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a Product Manager for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about product development and looking to make your mark in the industry? Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will lead and manage the lifecycle of AI-driven products. This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship, you’ll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative projects. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great complement to your academic investment.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

About You:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s level university program in fields such as Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience in product management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
